To re-book in for a new date and time guests need to do the following:
- Locate the booking link in the email from the Guest Services Team, notifying you of the closure.
- Create a free reservation for your desired timeslot.
- Fill in your details, and confirm your new timed reservation.
- You will receive a confirmation email, with your new timed reservation.
- Visit on the day with your original tickets, and your new online reservation.

Please allow up to 3-5 working days for a response, or alternatively contact us via our Facebook page for a reply within 24 hours.
